Are you losing money on a TON of #FallCleanUps?

I get it. I've been there.

You have a ton of fall clean up requests coming in (which is AMAZING),

But then you realize you're losing money on them.

In this video, I go over four easy ways to make sure your fall clean ups are abundant and PROFITABLE.

First, I talk about how to save time and a ton of money at the first step - over the phone. Ask the right questions, be up front about your billing, and let them know what to expect (before they hire you). #QualifyYourLeads

Then I go over the importance of emphasizing hourly rates (and minimum fees!). This is as easy as really focusing on client education: tell them about your minimum fees, man hour rates, and give them options (like to cap their service fee).

#3 is BIG: never forget the disposal fee. It COSTS a business to dispose of leaves and debris - and a lot of times, clients don't take that into consideration (so that's your job in the first phone call when you do your #ClientEducation).

The final point is less administrative and more field-focused... "When do you want this scheduled?" Take holidays, weather, employee illness, equipment breakdowns into account. Find out if the client has a certain day or week they want their project done (maybe they are hosting Thanksgiving). It's so easy - just be up front.

One of the biggest mistakes professionals make in this industry is failing to communicate and educate their clients.

BONUS 5th point... it's going to be okay. You'll get through it. You'll learn. You'll improve.
