For visitors, Intercom offers an intuitive directory that can be fully customized within UniFi Access. Building occupants can see visitors through Viewers installed in each unit, ensuring secure and convenient access — even in large-scale deployments. For added flexibility, authorized building occupants can remotely unlock doors for visitors with the UniFi Access web and mobile apps, and grant access to visitors via QR or PIN codes. Building occupants enjoy seamless access using a PIN code, NFC card or fob, or the UniFi Identity mobile app.

Intercom also reinforces your building’s security infrastructure with video recording capabilities that provide a comprehensive view of visitors.

Engineered for durability, Intercom operates flawlessly in a wide range of temperatures and is designed for versatile installation to a wall or pedestal. Additional mounting accessories enable recessed and angled installation, and offer enhanced sun protection.
