In the midst of uncertainty, fear and anxiety will often come to rule our emotions and decisions. As a Christian, I wanted to share my thoughts on the current situation in our world. Today I'm talking through how I've recently learned to manage the worry and fear that I have faced most of my life. Anxiety often lives in the places that we feel like we have control. Psalm 91 has been a comforting chapter that has taught me safety and security comes from Sitting with God.
