Established in Beirut in 1990, Diet Center pioneered healthy eating in Lebanon, subsequently expanding across the MENA region. Through education, awareness and healthy food, the company’s mission goes beyond the concept of weight loss to helping the region’s communities achieve a better way of living. Serving over 300 customers every month, the founders were finding it a growing challenge to manage daily operations, and looked for an ERP solution to encompass all their internal processes to keep operations running smoothly. They engaged ProCons to implement SAP Business One and develop a customized clinic management add-on to link all operational data to financials as well as production processes. Now, the Diet Center runs more efficiently, with reduced waste and full product traceability, enabling its owners to focus on the company’s continued expansion.
