Easy way to grow grass - Pre Germinate

Have you ever heard of pre germinating grass seed?
Pre germinating grass seed is easy to do and typically results in better grass growth, less watering. To do this all you need is grass seed and paint strainer bags. Start by filling the strainer bags with grass seed, next fill a bucket with water and submerge the strainger bag with the seed in the water. You want to initially keep it submerged for 24 straight hours, then remove the bag from the water and leave it out. From here every 12 hours your going to submerge the strainer bags for approx 1 minute then remove them and keep doing this for 4-5 days. After 5 days the seed will typically start to germinate. This is the perfect time to speed the seed. You still need to cover the seed with a thin layer of soil and water 1-2 times a day but this will jump start the grass and save alot of time.
