Fish Curry 🐠 Kaise lagi yeh apko recipe??

Ingredients:
To marinate Fish
Rohu Fish 350gm
Turmeric powder 1/2tsp
Kashmiri lal mirch powder 1/2tsp
Salt as per taste

Shallow fry marinated fish
Mustard oil 7-8tsp

For gravy
Mustard oil (you can use leftover shallow fry oil)
Green chillies 2
Finely chopped onions 2
Salt as per taste
Tomato puree 1 cup or 3 tomatoes
Turmeric powder 1/2tsp
Coriander powder 2tsp
Kashmiri lal mirch powder 1/2tsp
Cumin seeds powder 1tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
Water 2cups
Kasturi methi 1tsp
Garam masala powder 1/2tsp
Finely chopped coriander leaves handful

Serve hot with steamed rice 🍚 It will taste out of this world 🌎

Important:
🌹 Marinate Fish for 15-20mins
🌹After you put fish in the curry, cook on a low flame for only 2-3mins
