Mendelssohn Violin Concerto in E minor op 64

World-renowned violinist Maxim Vengerov returned to give another of his extremely popular masterclasses, this time focusing on one of Mendelssohn's most celebrated works.

Maxim Vengerov has been Visiting Professor of Violin at the RCM since 2016 and, in 2019, received an Honorary Doctorate presented by HRH King Charles III. He has won numerous prestigious awards, including a GRAMMY Award for Best Instrumental Soloist Performance (with orchestra), and he regularly performs globally.

This masterclass was supported by the Sergei Rachmaninoff Fund for Russian Visiting Professors.
