A quick trip and look about in Linkoping, Sweden. A lovely city that I enjoyed thoroughly.
It is Sweden's fifth biggest city with a population of about 165,000. Home to the aircraft maker Saab and a university of about 18,000 students. The university is testing an autonomous bus around campus which is quite hilarious as it trundles along slower than a person crawling, but I suppose we all must learn to crawl being we run.
Five kilometers to the west of the city and just a bit further out than the university is Malmen Airbase, which is the main base for the helicopter units and is also the pilot training base.
