I'm getting sick of things like this happening, and I know it's not my internet doing this because it only occurs when someone is about to die and starts using this method to get away. I've had a gideon do it a couple games ago during early levels. Would have been a guaranteed kill because this Gideon was brought down to half hp and then Serath ganks, then Gideon warps and uses a portal as well as I used wraith's warp back ability and he was near the tower... what happened then? He safely lagged alll the way back behind his tower and frone, then I did another Knock knock shot that did no damage when he was standing still because apparently he lag warped again and it nullified the damage. Please find a way to get people to stop using this exploit, it's happening all over and I wish there were a way to list a reason for a cheat report, because most of the time I report a cheater, THIS is the exact reason. I'll try to send more of these moments as I go on if I'm not too busy holding lanes
