Pressure cook sweet potato for 1–2 whistles. Once cooled, peel & chop into bite-sized chunks.

Shallow fry the chunks in a little oil till golden & slightly crispy. Sprinkle salt and red chilli for extra kick!

In a mixing bowl, whisk curd + all dry spices to create a creamy, spicy base.

Time to build your chaat! Spread the curd on a plate, layer with sweet potatoes, add chopped onions, anar, fresh dhaniya, and a generous sprinkle of sev.
