If you want to play a fantasy TTRPG with steampunk flavored modern transportation, you're more than welcome to do so... but don't call it Dnd!! Not when you're under our roof, do you understand? We are a LOW fantasy family, and your magic system is HARDLY consistent. Anything more fantastical than the Witcher series, and you're out on the street young man. Do you hear me?! How do you expect your players to suspend their disbelief when you hand their characters magic stones that basically function as an iPhones?! That's not world building, that's a reskin! Your mother is very upset, and the next time this happens again, you can kiss your 3rd party artificer class privilege's goodbye! You're lucky this family tolerates your fantasy Tony Stark BS.
