Welcome to this 45 minute Grounding Yoga Practice for calm & clarity. Part 27 of the Ground and Center Series of classes. This slow, grounding yoga practice is designed to help you feel steady, supported, and more at ease in your body.
Together, we’ll move through a sequence of standing & balancing postures, before making our way closer to the earth for forward folds. The focus is on moving slowly, breathing steadily, and finding a sustainable level of effort.Rather than pushing, this practice invites you to listen inward allowing your breath to guide the depth of each shape and choosing variations that feel supportive for you today.
You might like to set a simple intention as you begin, reflecting on how you would like to feel and letting that guide your practice.
This class is suitable for all levels and especially supportive if you’re looking for a practice that is calming & accessible. I hope you finish feeling grounded, calm and quietly steady.
If you like practising with props, I'd recommend a folded blanket and a block.
