One might call mindsight "Remote Viewing Up Close In Real Time". Some exercises to open/activate the R brain, open the seeing channel & distract the L brain from shutting it down:

2 Move eyes back & forth to 2 fixed points under mask
3 Breathe through left nostril
4 Humour - smiling, laughing
5 Draw circles in the air, change direction of one while the other hand keeps going
6 Left brain distractions like snapping fingers, clapping, tapping mask
7 A meditation/breathing exercise period
8 Tense muscles for several seconds then relax
9 Hum/sing a song in your head while "seeing" with mask
10 Your training partner gives you a guided visualization back to when you were a child of age 5 or just says any long story with many visual images
11 Watch short vids getting you laughing or move you, elicit positive emotion such as empathy

13 Your training partner sets time limit to "see" each image or grabs the card quickly & unexpectedly from your hand
14 Warm up with known images
15 Have feelings of gratitude, love & joy within yourself

How to learn:
Put on a mask, do anything to make you relaxed like exercises 1-18 above to help integrate the L&R brain & open the R brain & then start by looking for a subtle hue of colour in the dark mask. It can be momentary, can hang around for a bit, can appear as a haze, flash, spot or jagged line, etc. It's not your imagination, it's what you actually see. It's real & over time with practice, preferably a practice buddy, you'll eventually "see the room". You have to practise for 30 mins/day to attain & keep the ability

We're ALL born with this innate ability to see/read without eyes. It's a God given ability & EVERYONE has the right to develop it, like reading, writing & math in school. Many schools teach it with their own spin, some charging exorbitant prices. Some attach religion. Eventually it'll be mainstream, taught by parents & in school. We all can do it but it's easier when you're younger. People in their 70s/80s are blindfold reading. I'm currently 67, practising since Dec 2017, seeing colours numbers letters & symbols, blindfolded, in a lit or 100% dark room. I've learned 5 methods & each think they have the only way - NOT TRUE. Every method think they're the one who originally discovered it - NOT TRUE. Many people discovered it independently from others in different time periods. Many ask you to sign not to disclose their way but we all have the right to learn & freely spread it
