Fox Body sway bar brackets have a common issue during removal where the factory nut plate crumbles when the bolts are broken loose due to the plastic construction. These brackets can also bend which can cause the sway bar to interfere with nearby components in the engine bay. 5.0 Resto's sway bar brackets resolve these issues with heavy-duty materials that are built to last. By retaining the 3-piece design, this kit is a direct replacement for your original brackets.

5.0 Resto is dedicated to the preservation of the Fox Body with solution-based products built to last, and this bracket kit is no exception. Featuring a heavy-duty steel construction, the U-brackets in this kit have a center bead and side gussets for reinforcement that prevents flexing. 5.0 Resto includes a new mid-plate to secure your sway bar bushings in place. A redesigned nut plate replaces the factory unit that had pressed in nuts which were prone to strip and spin free. This nut plate is threaded and accepts the grade 10.9 bolts included to make installation quick and easy. A black, E-coat finish is applied to these brackets which resists corrosion for long lasting service life.
