I visited the island back in July 2017 for a few days and took my drone. It's now been over a week days since Hurricane Maria and I haven't heard from my father and sisters. I've been meaning to put this up for awhile, but haven't had the chance till now. Twelve days ago hurricane Maria passed through the island and destroyed much. As of today, we have not had any communications with most people on the island. All cell towers were damaged or destroyed. They are without power, comms, water, and many other things we take for granted daily. We hope to hear from family and friends soon. On this day some friends and family went out to get one of the best pina coladas on the island.
