A very nice subscriber of the channel sent me this document today, and as I feel its important that we know and understand what the police are told and instructed, I decided to make this video.

It is quite long, that's because I want everyone to know what this says, so I do read it out, along with some of my own points interjected throughout.

This document was only printed on the 31 March, so is the very latest and most up to date guidance that the police across the country are being trained on
