Warm up with Sun A. Longer class with more poses aimed at children, parents, teachers and anyone who is new or has never tried yoga. Introduction to basic standing, seated and lying postures in a Vinyasa flow. A Vinyasa flow links or sequences poses. This will give the practice some cardio effect. This practice will also increase strength, flexibility and balance while calming the central nervous system.
Intermediate Level (Some poses have forward deep folds and side bends)

It is recommended to use a yoga mat with non skid surface with bare feet or yoga socks to prevent from slipping. It is best to practice yoga on an empty stomach.

Benefits of a Regular Yoga Practice has shown to produce positive change in a number of organ systems. These changes include increased work capacity, improved cardiovascular efficiency, increased muscular, flexibility, endurance and stress reduction.

Not all exercises are suitable for everyone and this or any other exercise program may result in injury. Exercise carries some risk to musculoskelatal system (strains, sprains, fractures) and the cardiopulmonary system (dizziness, discomfort, shortness of breath, heart attack or stroke). Any user of this exercise program should gently, with guided breath, go slowly into and out of each and every pose. I understand that my body is my greatest teacher and I will intuitively listen to my own body, making yoga a personal form of exercise to never push beyond my normal limits. This is what makes yoga a healing form of exercise. Any user yoga assumes the risk of injury resulting performing the exercises and using any props suggested.

Everyone who participates in these videos understands they are personally responsible for their actions during yoga and waives the responsibility if injury occurs as a result of negligence.
