The ranking is based on who can KO Mega Man from his default position on Final Destination the soonest
Custom Moves are included
Pit's and Dark Pit's Upperdash Arm / Electrocut Arm didn't made the list since they only deflect projectiles (Mega Man's shot wouldn't hit him if "reflected" by Pit's and Dark Pit's attack)
Pocket Kirby was excluded because he requires outside help
The Mii characters that used their reflector had default weight and height
All attacks were used fresh and had no influence of rage (rage doesn't exist in Training Mode)
