The monthly subscription starts at $40, and there are discounts if you pay in advance for 3, 6, and if you prepay for 12 months it drops to $32/month. They do charge for shipping for orders under $50. All items ship from overseas so you can expect orders to take more than 2 weeks to arrive (I believe 2-3 weeks is the average at the moment).
