planning, design, and construction of the City's infrastructure
operation and maintenance of the City's stormwater systems, streets and traffic control network
oversight, compliance and post-closure of the City's landfill
operation of the Lee's Summit Municipal Airport
maintenance, repair, replacement and disposal of all City vehicles
