Note: You can get caught by the Sigma Viruses and still have the run count as perfect (at least in my opinion) because the Sigma Viruses don't actually cause damage until you've absorbed enough to catch the virus. I still avoided them though, just to make the run look cleaner, though avoiding them doesn't factor into the difficulty because, by my ruleset, you don't have to.

As long as you don't let yourself get overzealous when fighting Prism Guardian, this stage is quite easy. There is, however, the annoyance of the Hotarion just before Prism Guardian. Depending on your luck in how they spawn, the mid boss cutscene that takes control away from you will end with you automatically taking damage from a Hotarion a decent amount of the time. I got through without taking a hit more often than I got hit, but this is still an annoying luck factor to be considered in the run. Shining Firefly ends up being the most difficult part of the run. While easy at first, he becomes fairly difficult once he has taken enough damage to start teleporting and dashing quicker, which requires quick reactions, and using his vertical Prism Laser that can only be dodged by getting behind him. This forces you to do the entire last bit of the fight from behind Shining Firefly, as you never know when he will do the vertical Prism Laser. This means that you must act very quickly after he stops teleporting to get behind him (which can require ridiculous speed if you get very unlucky) and that you must react quickly to jump up onto the wall if he uses his Prism Shot attack (which he never did in this particular fight). Another thing he never did in this fight is fire the fast version of the F-Laser, although this is easily avoidable even with slow reaction times with the right movement. Although, much of this doesn't matter if you get lucky like me, because sometimes, as in my fight, he likes to spam Prism Lasers a lot when you are already behind him. The quick reactions and luck potentially needed to defeat Shining Firefly combined with the annoying luck factor of the stage make this run moderately difficult.
