Giacomo Fiore presents a performance of his immersive work for guitar and electronics, Lost Horse Wash Drone, a suite of five pieces composed while in residence at the Lou Harrison House in Joshua Tree, California, incorporating field recordings from Joshua Tree National Park alongside structured improvisations informed by some of Harrison's compositional principles.

Giacomo Fiore, an Italian-born guitarist and musicologist, has premiered over thirty new works for various guitar types and released multiple recordings across several labels. His scholarly research centers on U.S. experimental music, intonation, and performance, with published articles in notable music journals. Fiore teaches music courses at the University of San Francisco and UC Santa Cruz, is a member of the Ninth Planet New Music chamber group, and curates for the Center for New Music.
