FINDINGS :
Seen Up To Caecum.

Perianal region: Normal.
Anal Canal: Multiple columns of haemorrhods are seen.
Rectal And Colon: A sessile polyp ( more than 1 cm, Paris 1s, Kudo IIIL ) is seen at rectum adjacent to anal canal. The polyp is removed by polypectomy snare after lifting up with Inj Adrenaline (1:10000) with 3% NaCl by diathermy. Haemostasis is ensured and no immediate post procedural complication noticed.
Mucosa, vascular pattern and the lumen of rest of the colon and rectum appear normal.

Biopsy:- The polyp is sent for histopathology .

COMMENTS :
Rectal Polyp ( Polypectomy done) with anal haemorrhoids.
