The Supreme Court refused to stay the release of former Uttar Pradesh minister #AmarmaniTripathi and his wife Madhumani Tripathi, serving life imprisonment after being convicted in the murder case of poet #MadhumitaShukla. As per the Uttar Pradesh government order, Tripathi and his wife will walk out of jail today. They will be freed on the basis of 'good conduct' in prison.
