HOW TO: Dual Record video using a Sony Handycam!

This video demonstrates how to quickly set up your Sony Handycam (or equivalent video camera that has this setting) to "50i Frame Rate" and "Highest Quality FX" then select "Dual Record" mode.

The Dual Record mode will allow you to capture your video in MP4 format, which will produce smaller file sizes that are much easier to share and store.
