Hoop dance moves broken down in slow motion featuring 4 different ways to do a Hoop Lasso.

1. Overhand Lasso - Hold the hoop so the palm of your hand is facing down toward the ground. Move the hoop across your body and up. Let the hoop continue moving up and let it rotate around your fingers at the top to continue the momentum.
2. Underhand Lasso - Hold the hoop so the palm of your hand is facing up toward the sky/ceiling. Move the hoop up and to the side of the body the hoop is in. Use the momentum of the up motion to get the hoop rotating around your hand.
3. 360 Spin to Lasso - Hold the hoop in your hand, spin in a circle and slowly bring the hoop upward as you spin until it reaches the top. Let the hoop rotate around your fingers to get it to Lasso.
4. Vortex to Lasso - two hands, one on each side of the hoop. Spin in a circle taking the hoop up as your go. As your reach the top, let one hand go off the hoop and let the other continue the Lasso.
