Ram Setu is a very sacred monument for Hindus. in ramayan, it was told that Ram Setu was constructed by Shri Ram to cross the ocean and reach lanka. Today, traces of this setu are still visible between India and Sri lanka. There have been planning to break this bridge and make a canal for passing of ships. Also, the bridge is also known as Adams bridge due to an islamic legend. Scientists have discovered that this bridge seems to be man made.
