I've been using the Hume Health Body Pod to measure my body fat percentage for the past 2.5 months and it continues to be consistently accurate. No up and down numbers that are all over the map like a lot of the other smart scales out there.

Yesterday I did another InBody Scan for comparison purposes and once again the numbers were pretty much spot on. The Hume Health Body Pod had me at 144.5 pounds and 8.9% body fat where as the InBody Scan had me at 144.4 pounds and 8.6% body fat, which is REALLY close.

The thing with the InBody Scan is that it's expensive. And because of that, most people only measure their body fat every few months, which doesn't provide you with an accurate representation of your progress compared to if you measured yourself daily.

So not only will the Hume Health Body Pod save you money, but it will provide you with a clearer picture of your overall fat loss or muscle building journey.

As mentioned in a previous video, The measurements from the Hume Health Body Pod have been consistent with previous InBody Scans, the commercial grade Tanita scale I have, and the Styku 3D Body Scan I've had done.

Overall, almost everyone I know who owns a Hume Health Body Pod has been having a positive experience with it. But I have had one client who received a defective unit. His body fat percentage was way off and it showed that one of his arms was more than a pound more muscular than the other arm, which definitely isn't the case. But he was able to get in touch with customer support in a timely fashion and everything was sorted out easily.

I also wanted to point out that I have received a few comments from people who haven't had a positive experience with the Hume Health Body Pod if you want to take that into consideration. I don't have proof of their experience, but I'm taking their word on it based on my one client's experience, which I saw first hand.
