I'm a busy mom to 5 kids ranging from 8 years old to my youngest being 2yo.

I'm a Coach; Mentor; Health Enthusiast; Fitness Instructor and Wife.

Prior to taking the 60 Day Insanity I was not loving my body after baby #5 (Giuliana) and afterwards it was much more difficult to get back to pre-pregnancy weight. I was very insecure with myself and fell into depression. Because of my lack of confidence; always critiquing my tummy chub and rolls; and lack of worth-it started to affect my marriage because I didn't want my husband Will to even hug me. Whenever he would wrap his arms around my waist, I would cringe because I felt so insecure. Something needed to change in my marriage and it was me. My attitude!!!!That's when I got Insanity!

Well, let me tell ya-Never, EVER had I not only gotten below my pre-pregnancy weight; I went from 126 lbs and NO muscle definition; tummy chub; muffin top and ROLLS-to 117 pounds and MUSCLE DEFINITION everywhere.

I now have a smaller waistline and tight abs! I have gained so much self confidence and know my WORTH!!! My marriage of almost 10 years is strong and my hubby can hug me ANYTIME he feels like it!
