Bread Recipe:
-100g sourdough starter
-300g whole wheat flour
-200g all-purpose flour
-10g salt
-365g water
caraway seeds
rice flour or semola (or any other gluten-free flour)

Cheese-Leek Soup:
-3 tbsp oil
-500g beef ground
-3 stalks of leek
-700ml beef broth
-250g mozzarella chese
-150g sour cream
salt
pepper
nutmeg
garlic powder
onion powder

Sourdough Starter:
