Fragment fusions are easy to complete but epic fragment fusions are much more easier so there's no real reason to skip out on this one even if he was bad but he's not.

The New Babarian Epic AOE Stun Champion will be a problem to deal with in early PVP content and help you control the waves while trying to beat dungeon 20 content and doom tower wave content.

A defense based champion that cannot be stunned sounds nice to use in Clan Boss as Stun target for those without block debuff buff but he doesn't bring more to the fight than Increase Defense which is still useful.
