biscuit base
250g soft butter
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla essence
2 eggs
2 cups Selfraising flour
2 cups Cakes flour
30ml oil

filling
Apricot jam
3/4 cup sugar
2 cups desicated coconut
3 Egg whites

bake @ 180 degrees Celsius
15-18 minutes or until golden brown
