The Rancher 460 is similar to the Husqvarna Rancher 55, with the main difference being that the Rancher 460 is slightly more powerful with a 60 cc motor, and the two Husqvarna saws have the same weight.

The reason that I went with the Husqvarna Rancher 460 vs. Stihl 271 or Stihl 291 was that I felt that the Husqvarna Rancher 460 provided better value, and both Husqvarna and Stihl had a great reputation for quality and power.
