RJ45 Cat.6A and Cat.8 STP Tool Free Field Termination Plug Assembly Instructions

Designed to be terminated with Cat.6A (22 AWG to 26 AWG) and Cat 8 (22 AWG to 24 AWG) large diameter cables, the Cat.6A Tool Free Plug & the Cat.8 Tool Free Plug are compatible with cables with OD 6.0 mm to 7.5 mm (Cat. 6A) and OD 7.0 mm to 8.5 mm (Cat. 8). Not only does it provide an excellent network cabling solution in data centers, the tool free plug is applicable to the PoE Plus (IEEE 802.3at), which allows plugs and cables to carry electrical power without an outlet. As parts of an ideal connector that is quick and easy to be used in automated machines, the screw-like boot and the IP20 dust cover contribute to the durability and low maintenance of the tool free plug. The plug can be reassembled approximately 20 times. ODM and OEM orders are welcome. For tool free plugs, the logo is usually put on the blue clip.
