Rod Baker is a scientist and educator who has pursued a life long interest in the forces guiding the development of cultures.

In this talk, Rod provides a personal insight into how scientific images function as a formative mythology. In this talk it is seen through the eyes of a scientist who has used the imagery of energy waves and particles to understand a diverse range of life's experiences, ideas, politics, mental health, emotional states, and indigenous Australian identity.
