In this video, I will talk about how to negotiate a salary offer for a new job in Norway. I will also make a short home office tour. I went through a transformation process of valuing my skills during my first interviews. And even though it may be embarrassing to share this, but I want to show that anyone can make mistakes. But what is important, is to learn from them. It was scary for me to negotiate salary for the first time, but I am happy I did it. I am lucky to have such nice friends who taught me some strategies they are using, and I want to share with you my experience about this process in Norway.
