The Secret Life of Salmon Field Experience program for Lincoln County School District 3rd and 4th grade students returned to the UNESCO Cascade Head Biosphere Reserve on the Central Oregon Coast in May, 2022. The half-day programs introduce students to the habitat and life cycle of young salmon, how to test water quality, discovering nearly invisible life in tributary streams and let them create their own Gyotaku art piece.
