Why I Will NEVER Pre-Order An iPhone Again | Olivia Henry

I pre-ordered the Pacific Blue iPhone 12 Pro on the first pre-order date, October 16, and today is November 16 and I still don't have the phone. In fact, the phone hasn't even shipped yet. For the past 4 weeks I have been calling all the top phone companies in Canada and none of them have the iPhone 12 Pro in stock. I've even called Apple themselves, and they won't even pick up! These past 4 weeks I've had the worst customer service experiences of my life. Bell 0/10, Apple 0/10.
