The Florida Adventure Trail | Day Six - Only 500 Miles To Go!

This is day Six of our multi-part series showcasing the Florida Adventure Trail, also known as the F.A.T. The Florida Adventure Trail is roughly 1200 miles plotted throughout the state of Florida over the past several years by a gentleman named Jon Birkmire with Sunshine State Adventure Co. The Florida Adventure Trail combines off-road trails, scenic backroads, and drives through several small towns while minimizing the amount of highway and paved roads needed to travel on.

Today we are setting off on a three-day trip to complete our last 500 miles remaining of the Florida Adventure trail. As we begin the trip, we are faced with mixed emotions of both excitement and sadness as we near the end of what has certainly been an epic adventure!
