At the age of eleven, she was married to Babu Rajchandra Das, a wealthy cattle landlord of Janbazar, Calcutta. In 1804, two years after Rajchandra's marriage, daughter Padmani was born. In 1811 the second daughter, Kumari,
Third daughter Karunamayi was born in 1816 and fourth daughter Jagdamba was born in 1823. Padma Mani's husband Ramchandra Das, Kumari's husband Parimohan Chowdhury,
Sejo's daughter Karuna was married to Mathurbabu, Karuna died after a few years of marriage. Mathurmohan Biswas then married Jagdamba.

Their son Trailokyanath Biswas. Trailokyanath had four sons - Brajagopala, Nityagopala, Srigopala and Gopala. Brajgopala's two daughters - Labanyalata and Vidyulata.
Labanyalta got married to Vijaykrishna Hazra. Hazra family currently lives in the part where Rani Rasmani's original Durga Puja house used to take place

On the other hand, Nityagopal, another son of Trailokyanath, has two children - Sushil Kumar Biswas and Sunil Kumar Biswas. Sons of Sunil Kumar Biswas currently at 18 Rani Rasmani Road,
Rani conducts the Durga Puja of the Rasmani Bhavan, also known as Biswas Bari Puja.


The original address of Rani Rasmani's residence at the junction of Rani Rasmani Road and Surendranath Banerjee Road was 70 and 71 Free School Street.
Rasmani's father-in-law Prithiram Das started the construction of this house in 1805. It took 7-8 years to complete the house.
In 1813, Rajachandra completed the construction of the palace started by Prithiram on six bighas of land. This palace of three hundred rooms has six courtyards, a lake. seven quarters,
Thakurdalan, Natmandir, Dewankhana, Kachari house, Guest house, Goshala, Armoury, Ward-Dewan's room. This palace was built at a cost of twenty five lakh taka, adjacent to the palace of Janbazar
Prithiram's eldest son Harachandra died childless. After the untimely deaths of his first two wives, Rajachandra married Rasmani in 1804 AD. Rasmani was affectionately addressed as 'Rani' by his mother.
Later, the title of 'Rani' remained forever next to her name in the source of the work.
On June 9, 1836, Rajchandra suffered a heart attack while traveling in a carriage and died of cerebral hemorrhage and paralysis at the age of 53.
After her husband's death, she took over the zamindari with her own hands and managed it with great efficiency.
In personal life, Rani Rasmani lived a simple life like an ordinary pious Bengali Hindu widow
Babughat (also known as Babu Rajchandra Das Ghat), Ahiritola Ghat and Nimtala Ghat for daily bathers in the Ganges.

মাত্র এগারো বছর বয়সে কলকাতার জানবাজারের ধনী মাহিষ্য জমিদার বাবু রাজচন্দ্র দাস-এর সঙ্গে তার বিবাহ হয়। ১৮০৪ সালে রাজচন্দ্রের বিয়ের দুবছর পর জন্ম হয় কন্যা পদ্মমণির। ১৮১১-তে দ্বিতীয় কন্যা কুমারী,
১৮১৬ সালে তৃতীয় কন্যা করুণাময়ী, ১৮২৩ সালে চতুর্থ কন্যা জগদম্বার জন্ম। পদ্মমণির স্বামী রামচন্দ্র দাস, কুমারীর স্বামী প্যারিমোহন চৌধুরী,
সেজো মেয়ে করুণার বিয়ে হয় মথুরবাবুর সাথে, বিয়ের কয়েক বছর পর করুণার মৃত্যু হয় মথুরমোহন বিশ্বাস তখন জগদম্বা কে বিয়ে করেন।
তাদের পুত্র ত্রৈলোক্যনাথ বিশ্বাস। ত্রৈলোক্যনাথের চার পুত্র সন্তান - ব্রজগোপাল, নিত্যগোপাল, শ্রীগোপাল আর গোপাল। ব্রজগোপালের দুই কন্যা- লাবন্যলতা এবং বিদ্যুৎলতা।
লাবন্যলতার বিবাহ হয় বিজয়কৃষ্ণ হাজরার সঙ্গে। রানী রাসমণির আদি দুর্গাপূজা বাড়ির যে অংশে হতো সেই অংশেই বর্তমানে হাজরা পরিবার বসবাস করেন
অন্যদিকে ত্রৈলোক্যনাথের আর এক পুত্র নিত্যগোপালের দুই সন্তান- সুশীল কুমার বিশ্বাস আর সুনীল কুমার বিশ্বাস। সুনীল কুমার বিশ্বাসের ছেলেরাই বর্তমানে ১৮ রানী রাসমণি রোডে,
রানি রাসমণি ভবনের দুর্গাপূজা পরিচালনা করেন যা বিশ্বাস বাড়ির পুজো নামেই পরিচিত।
রানি রাসমণি রোড ও সুরেন্দ্রনাথ ব্যানার্জি রোডের সংযোগস্থলে অবস্থিত রানি রাসমণির বাসভবনটির আদি ঠিকানা ছিল ৭০ ও ৭১ ফ্রি স্কুল স্ট্রিট।
রাসমণির শ্বশুর প্রীতিরাম দাস ১৮০৫ সালে এই বাড়িটি নির্মাণকাজ শুরু করেন। বাড়িটি সম্পূর্ণ হতে ৭-৮ বছর সময় লেগেছিল।
১৮১৩ সালে ছয় বিঘা জমির ওপর প্রীতিরামের শুরু করা প্রাসাদের নির্মাণ কাজ সম্পন্ন করলেন রাজচন্দ্র। তিনশ কক্ষের এ প্রাসাদে ছয়টি উঠোন, একটি সরোবর। সাতটি মহল,
ঠাকুরদালান, নাটমন্দির, দেওয়ানখানা, কাছারি ঘর, অতিথিশালা, গোশালা, অস্ত্রশালা, প্রহরী-দেওয়ানদের কক্ষ। পঁচিশ লাখ টাকা ব্যয়ে নির্মিত হলো জানবাজারের প্রাসাদের লাগোয়া এই প্রাসাদটি
