JTJ, Session #47, Card Trick Studios, 26th October 2024

In this session we managed to further two songs: 'Scissor Run', and our latest creation 'Space Jam'. The former now has an atmospheric intro section and a more dramatic beginning. The latter is still a work in progress, but the bits we developed on the 12th have been added to with a new section around the two minute mark....so half way roughly. Where previously we went from a bluesy atmospheric build up straight into what sounded like a looped outro, we've now extended the song, saving the old riff for later. We're very happy with the results, even if it needs tightening up a tad!

The version you hear at the end of this video is exactly what I just described: an amalgamation of two rehearsals' worth...the 12th providing the first half, and the 26th finishing it off. You'll hear slightly different sounding volumes/ production I'm sure :)
