Most of you guys probably heard of ACES(cct) and RCM2.0/DaVinciWideGamut before and/or worked in one of those scene referred color managed workflows. While both of these workflows offers some great advantages, especially if you're working on projects where you need lots of different deliverables (different flavors of HDR deliverables, SDR, Cinema,..), lot's of people (according to my research) do not really like these workflows, because of the baked-in color transforms and/or how the tools behave and sometimes are even restricted for these workflows (for example: you can't use layer blending modes in ACES).
