This is the second part in the series of how my husband and I actually saved money while raising our children on one income. I wanted to mention today that credit card debt is something to seriously get rid of. Try to only keep one credit card and use it only when absolutely necessary. When the bill comes in, pay it in total. Stop with the minimum payment. It's not helping you put money away in your savings.

I also talk about subscriptions. Get rid of subscriptions you don't need, such as magazines, subscription boxes, food subscriptions, craft subscriptions, extra channels on streaming services, etc.

These are two more ways to drive down debt and put more money in your bank!
