What Is The Worst Tank In War Thunder?

To Gaijin's credit, there aren't very many vehicles you could call useless in War Thunder. At the very least you can pull your own weight consistently, but it raises the question. What is the worst tank in War Thunder? Finding out was more difficult than you would think.
