Bipolar and anger is a topic that I haven’t touched on in previous videos. I’m hesitant talking about my experience with a side of bipolar disorder that is very uncomfortable for me.

When someone gets me to that level of anger, I am loud, and it's evident in my tone that I will not back down. However, there’s another side of bipolar and anger that people rarely discuss. It is a response or reaction that is entirely unemotional.

In my videos and posts, I always like to embrace my mental health condition while revealing the challenge of living with it. In this video, I share what anger looks like in my life with bipolar 2 disorder.
