Other: palette, cup of water for washing brushes, paper towel for drying brushes

STEPS:
1. 1/2 inch bristle brush – Paint base coat of water with blue, green, white and black
2. 1/2 inch bristle brush – Finish water with blue, green and white
3. #10 round brush – Paint 1st layer of seashell and seaweed with black
4. #1 round brush – Paint base coat of mermaids with black
5. #10 round brush – Finish ocean floor with orange, yellow, black and white
6. #1 round brush – Finish mermaids with blue, green, white, purple, yellow, orange and black
7. #1 round brush – Sign with black
