The Nine project is the epitome of modern outdoor luxury, centered around an enormous 18’ x 55’ rectangular gunite pool and an 18’ x 7.5’ spa, designed to comfortably accommodate more than a dozen people. The pool and spa are elegantly divided by floating steppers, adding a unique visual appeal. With a diving board and an expansive patio, this outdoor living space provides ample room for relaxation and entertainment, offering space for eight chaise lounge chairs, two large day beds, two high-top tables, and a stunning 10-foot-long gas-fueled fire pit with eight lounge chairs encircling it.

The highlight of the Nine project is the striking pavilion. This modern structure features an outdoor kitchen equipped with a built-in grill, refrigeration, and a champagne cart for added luxury. The pavilion is designed for entertainment, with an all-weather TV mounted above a custom 10-seat granite fire table. The T-shaped fire table is the focal point, featuring a waterfall edge and seating for ten around a gas-fueled fire that extends from the back wall beneath the TV down the center of the seating area. The bold black and white marbled granite countertops add a dramatic flair, while two hanging basket chairs provide a cozy touch. The pavilion's tongue-and-groove ceiling, recessed lighting, integrated speaker system, and chandelier complete this sophisticated space. Its painted white brick posts contrast beautifully against the minimalist yet powerful design of the space.

The clean, modern hardscaping throughout the project is crafted with Techo Bloc Everest pavers in greyed nickel, arranged in a classic running bond pattern that enhances the sleek, contemporary look. Surrounding the pool, the patio offers plenty of space for relaxation and entertainment, perfectly balanced with the modern elegance of the pavilion.

The landscaping at Nine is equally exquisite, with vibrant hydrangeas, sculpted boxwood hedges, stately emerald green arborvitae, and towering columnar oaks framing the property. Beautiful landscape lighting accentuates every detail, from the greenery to the hardscaping. The grand entrance walkway, laid in Techo Bloc Blu 60 in onyx black with an Everest border, makes a bold and inviting first impression, setting the tone for this exceptional outdoor living space.
