THIS! This is how to ground yourself and connect into pure source energy. Through this technique, you will connect in with your parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest/ stay and play mode) where your body can heal, feel safe and loved.

Once you're connected in, ask your higher self any question (yes or no are easier at the start). You can additionally use the muscle finger 'chain link' test for asking questions. Your higher self knows everything about you, your soul contracts, past lives and soul missions.

By doing this you switch off your sympathetic nervous system fight or flight mode where reptilians, archons and other nefarious entities can attack or attach on to you. This is the ultimate protection from them because you are in your true power state and are double or more powerful than they are. While you're in this state they are more scared of you. If you do feel or see any dark entities, show them love, give them a big energetic hug and imagine them turning into pure white crystalline energy.
