The ultimate goal is to strengthen the trust between you and your audience so that they come to you when they're looking for information or to purchase something you offer.

You should create content for each stage of the customer journey. People are searching for different information at each stage of the buying process, and having that information ready can help you stand out among your competitors. You want your content to answer questions, solve problems, and give advice that helps people make decisions. More on this in the video.
