I am for around 140g of protein daily. I’m not crazy strict about it I’ve just found that when I prioritize protein and fiber at my meals (and snacks!!) I feel better and have sustained energy throughout the day.

All of these snacks have at least 18g of protein and less than 200 calories.

Yogurt with Magic Shell
1 yogurt cup - I like vanilla Oikos Triple 0
2 tsp powdered peanut butter - slight PB taste + extra protein without
1 tsp creamy peanut butter - for the real peanut-y taste
1 tbsp chocolate chips - I used Lily’s dark chocolate chips
Mix yogurt with 2 tsp powdered PB and 1 tsp creamy PB. Melt chocolate chips in the microwave - use 30 second intervals so you don’t overcook them. Spread melted chocolate over yogurt and sprinkle with flakey sea salt. Pop in the freezer for 5-10 mins to harden the chocolate and dig in!

Turkey Pickle Roll Ups
100g turkey lunch meat ~ 6 thin slices
2 tbsp whipped cream cheese
2 pickle spears - I used sweet garlic pickles
Make 2 roll ups by layering 3 slices of turkey then spread 1 tbsp of whipped cream cheese on each set of turkey. Roll the pickle up inside. I like to cut each roll up in half so they are easier to eat.

Yogurt Dip with Cinnamon Sugar Chips
1 whole wheat carb balance tortilla - you can use any low carb tortilla
Spray oil
1/2 tsp granulated sugar
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 container plain low fat greek yogurt
1-2 tsp honey
Spray tortilla on both sides. Sprinkle one side with sugar and cinnamon. Cut into 6 triangles and place in the air fryer. Air fry at 400F for 4-5 minutes - careful not to burn them because they cook quickly. Mix honey and another shake of cinnamon together. serve chips with the yogurt as a dip.

Cottage Cheese Ranch Dip with Ranch Seasoned Chips
1 whole wheat carb balance tortilla - you can use any low carb tortilla
Spray oil
1 tsp ranch seasoning for tortilla*
1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
2 tsp ranch seasoning for dip
Splash of vinegar
Spray tortilla on both sides. Sprinkle one side with 1 tsp ranch seasoning. Cut into 6 triangles and place in the air fryer. Air fry at 400F for 4-5 minutes - careful not to burn them because they cook quickly. Blend cottage cheese with 2 tsp ranch seasoning and a splash of vinegar. Add more or less vinegar depending on how tangy you like your ranch.
